In line with our traditions, we believe in paying our dues properly for the right job. Therefore, we refrain from bringing individuals on on a temporary basis. This means that you will always be paid for the job, as long as you deliver the value.
Phase 1 – Learning about Each Other
Being a top 10 agency across 6 British cities – Leicester, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, and London – it is very important for us to preserve our work culture, continually doing and improve upon things that brought success for us.
Therefore, it is very important for us to learn about you. This has helped us develop a team that we can rely on.
This phase will also give you a chance to make up your mind whether you would like to join us permanently. Keep in mind – we believe in lifetime relationships.
Phase 2 – Freelance Work
Once we know each other well, we will have a clearer understanding of your core skills and what you enjoy.
Our aim then is to match your skill set with the right jobs, as well as pushing your boundaries and upskill your efforts. Naturally, bringing on new clients where your skills can be matched is a task that requires time. Therefore, you will be initially employed on a freelance basis.
This means that you will be paid handsomely for your efforts. Our paying rates are highly market competitive.
Phase 3 – Full Time Employment / Update of Terms
With the accumulation of further work, we will give you the option to come on board full time and become a partner at Marketing Voice. The perks of joining our team go beyond just work. You will have the chance to improve your skills exponentially while the freedom to work on projects that bring out the best of you.
Marketing Voice also allows the option of remote work on certain days, along with a plethora of competitive employee benefits.
At this stage, you are still allowed to remain a freelance employee if it suits you better. We want you to enjoy your work and will not enforce our demands if you are not happy.

- Sales Persons – Please be advised that sales roles at Marketing Voice are purely commission based. We offer a lifetime value of 15% per sale currently. This means that you will be paid every month, as long as your lead stays at Marketing Voice. We hold the right to amend the 15% commission rate for future roles based on our management load and other internal decisions.
