Later, with the growth of your business, we move away from third party data-management system and move towards developing semi integrated and fully integrated data management systems, developed by tech giants, including IBM, Oracle, and Microsoft.

How long are your projects and contracts?

We do not believe in tieing down our partners in long term contracts.

We simply believe in the quality of our service, which in turn is a guarantee enough that you will stick around.

Generally, we enlist tasks for a month’s period. This means that we require a 30 day notice to end any contracts. At that point, we will not charge you for any further costs, except for any services that have already been paid for.

When do you invoice me and when do I need to pay?

For monthly contracts, we require a direct debit set by our customers on an agreed upon date every month from the start of the services. This saves everyone from the hassle of producing and maintaining invoices. We are living in the digital age, providing a digital services, and hence, our systems are digital too.

This means that if we start producing the service for you on the 25th of September, you will pay on the 25th of September and then every 25th afterwards.

We also hold the right to terminate or stop producing the service, until all previous payments have been cleared.

What happens if I need to delay the project for a month or so?

That’s not a problem. We thrive on communication and working around your timeline.

So, all you have to do is get in touch with us by either calling or dropping us an email and we can delay the project to fit your needs. Please make sure that the information reaches us in time and that we confirm the upgraded agreement.

At the point of a halt, the service may have incurred a portion of the cost already. In such cases, you are liable to cover such costs and nothing further until a restart has been triggered by you.
